Our advices for changing your baby

To keep baby comfortable, it is important to change them as many times as required, which will avoid any complications caused by dampness, such as nappy rash or infections in the skin folds (intertrigo).

How many times should you change a baby?

Change your baby as soon as they are wet, generally 10 times a day. The number of changes will decrease as they get older.

How should you change a baby’s nappy?

  • With each change, clean their buttocks carefully, from front to back to ensure that the stools do not come into contact with the genitals, then dry thoroughly to avoid the risk of irritation.
  • Cover your little boy’s penis with a baby wipe when changing to avoid any surprise showers!
  • Apply a thin layer of protective cream all over the buttocks.
